Our Beliefs
GOD
We believe in one God who eternally exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal, co-eternal, and distinct, yet one. This doctrine is known as the Trinity.
JESUS
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is both fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, was born of a virgin, performed miracles, and sacrificed Himself on the cross for humanity’s sins. He rose from the dead on the third day, ascended to the Father, and will return in glory.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. As the third Person of the Trinity, He regenerates believers, baptizes them into the body of Christ, indwells and seals them until redemption. He comforts, teaches, equips with spiritual gifts, and guides into all truth.
THE BIBLE
We affirm that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God, serving as the final authority on all doctrinal matters.
MAN
Created in God’s image, humanity was intended for immortality. Through sin, we fell from this divine birthright, and only through faith in Jesus Christ can we partake in the divine nature and receive eternal life.
SALVATION
Humanity’s sin caused separation from God, leading to spiritual death. God, in His love, sent Jesus to provide salvation through His sacrificial death and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith, not earned by works.
TWO SACRAMENTS
• Water Baptism: Believers are commanded to be baptized in water in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, following their faith in Jesus Christ.
• The Lord’s Supper: A sacred time of communion, where believers partake of bread and grape juice (representing the Body and Blood of Jesus) in remembrance of His sacrifice.
THE CHURCH
The Church comprises the global community of believers who acknowledge Jesus as Savior. It is not merely a building or event but the body of Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, gathering locally for worship, teaching, fellowship, and service.
THE FUTURE
Jesus Christ will return physically and visibly to establish His Kingdom. At that time, unbelievers will face judgment and eternal separation from God, while believers will enjoy eternal life in His presence.
633 CHURCH
At 633 CHURCH, we champion grace and truth, striving to embody these core beliefs in our community and mission.
